Center Point is conveniently located at the newly constructed Northside Boulevard Exit. Just 1.5 miles from the areas largest commercial center- Costco, Target, Dick’s, Chic-Fil-A and many other shopping options are a few minutes away! Pick your site! Sites range from 50’ long all the way up to 75’ long.

Come experience IDAHO! Just 20 minutes from downtown Boise. Come enjoy the outdoors! Whether you want to relax or seek thrilling adventure there is something for you. Some fun things to do include: Surfing/boating on Lake Lowell, downtown Nampa, shopping at the commercial center, catching a show at the Ford Idaho Center, exploring Deer Flat National Wildlife Range, taking a visit to Warhawk Air Museum, or hiking Table Rock.
