Cancellation/Refund policy:
The purpose of a paid reservation is to ensure your booking and make sure we do not offer space that you have reserved to another guest. We do not offer refunds for changes in travel plans.
Nightly (less than 28 nights):
7+ DAYS NOTICE: Full refund less a $25 cancellation fee.
3-6 DAYS NOTICE: Full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
0-2 DAYS NOTICE: No refund. The guest will forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.
We do not offer refunds for early departures on nightly stays. Refunds or credits issued for extenuating circumstances (weather, health reasons, mechanical issues, etc.) are at management’s discretion.
Monthly/Long-term Guests:
Providing a notice of 30 days or more will result in a refund of the deposit, minus the final power bill. If a notice of less than 30 days is given, no refund will be issued.
Any and all refunds are subject to the conditions indicated in the cancellation policy above. Management reserves the right to use discretion in any cancellation/refund situation. **Cancellation/Refund policy is subject to change at any time.**
Early departures for any reason are subject to conditions above and re-calculation of the prorated nightly rate for applicable refunds.

Park Guidelines, Policies, Rules, and Regulations
Welcome to Center Point RV Park!
We are delighted to have you join our community here in Nampa, Idaho! Our park is designed to be a safe, clean, and enjoyable space for all our guests. These guidelines help ensure that everyone can have a great experience while respecting each other and the park property. Please take a moment to read through our rules and policies—our team is always happy to answer questions or help you during your stay. Thank you for being part of the Center Point RV Park family!
1. Agreement & Authorization

By paying and checking in, guests agree to all park rules, policies, and City of Nampa ordinances.

No landlord/tenant relationship is created.
-
Blocked guests cannot enter without written approval.
-
Long-term guests must complete applications/background checks; continued stay depends on approval.
2. Rent & Payment
-
Rent is due at check-in.
-
5-day grace period; late fees: $50 + $10/day.
-
Nonpayment after 15 days → 48-hour pay-or-vacate notice.
3. Utilities & Services
-
Water, sewer, trash: $40 per billing period.
-
Electricity metered and billed separately, payable within 7 days.
-
Utilities may be interrupted without liability for repairs or emergencies.
4. Occupancy (Adult Rules)
-
Only registered guests allowed.
-
NO unregistered guests.
-
2 adults per RV included at no extra fee.
-
Additional adults beyond 2: $2/day per adult.
-
4 adults Max with additional fees.
5. RV & Vehicle Requirements
-
RVs must be insured, movable, clean, and in good condition.
-
No mechanical work or EV charging.
-
Tiny homes, trailers, or extra storage units are not allowed.
-
Two vehicles per site; must fit entirely within the site.
-
No boats, utility trailers, ATVs, or loud motorcycles permitted.
-
Loud vehicles/exhaust prohibited.
-
All vehicles must be properly registered and operable; poor condition vehicles may be towed at the guest’s expense.
6. Site Standards
-
Sites must remain neat and uncluttered.
-
Only customary patio/lawn furniture is allowed outside.
-
No decks, sheds, or non-standard RV modifications.
-
Sewer connections must be airtight; misuse is billed to the guest.
-
Trash must be bagged and placed in dumpsters. No hazardous or oversized items.
-
No wood or charcoal grills or fire pits allowed. Only manufactured outdoor cooking grills (propane) are permitted.
7. Facilities
-
Bathrooms are closed for cleaning daily from 12:00-1:30 PM, no exceptions
-
Clubhouse, restrooms, laundry, BBQ/pergola area, playground: for registered guests only.
-
Clubhouse rental is a $100 reservation fee for a 3-hour block; holidays are prohibited.
-
Clubhouse kitchen: must clean up to avoid an additional $100 cleanup fee.
-
Restrooms/laundry: follow posted rules, report problems.
-
Recreational areas: clean after use.
8. Quiet Hours & Noise
-
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
-
Generators & loud stereos may only be used 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
-
Excessive noise or disturbances may result in termination of your stay.
9. Pets
-
Must be approved and registered (PooPrint® program for dogs).
-
Max 3 pets per site (3rd pet requires approval, $3/day).
-
Aggressive/noisy pets prohibited; cats indoors only.
-
Service animals are allowed as defined by the ADA.
-
No other pets allowed in buildings except ADA-defined service animals.
10. Propane
-
Handled only by park employees or contracted distributors.
-
Outside propane companies not allowed.
11. Internet
-
Free basic Wi-Fi; service not guaranteed.
12. Smoking, Fires & Weapons
-
No smoking, vaping, cannabis, open fires, or fireworks anywhere in the park.
-
Weapons must follow state/federal laws.
-
Alcohol must stay within personal site; disorderly behavior will lead to termination.
13. Conduct & Safety
-
Disorderly conduct, harassment, or criminal activity → immediate termination of stay.
-
Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves, visitors, pets, or equipment.
-
Common courtesy required; offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior → termination of stay.
-
Drunkenness or unsafe behavior is not tolerated.
14. Mail & Packages
-
USPS mailboxes available for long-term tenants; $25 key deposit.
-
Packages may not be delivered to or stored in the office/clubhouse. Guests must receive packages directly at their site or via other services.
15. Vehicles & Parking
-
Max 2 vehicles per site; must fit entirely within the site.
-
No boats, utility trailers, ATVs, or loud motorcycles permitted.
-
No parking on grass, roadways, or empty sites.
-
Vehicles must be in good condition; leaks or poor condition → towed at the guest’s expense.
-
Antennas/dishes must attach to RV only; no standalone poles.
16. Additional Rules
-
No clotheslines, tents, or sleeping in vehicles outside RV.
-
No portable outdoor refrigerators/freezers.
-
Generator noise is only allowed from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
-
Sewer lines must be connected properly and not placed on the ground; blockages are billed to guests.
-
Guests are responsible for damage to park property, grounds, or utilities.
-
Management decisions are final; rules may change without notice.
17. Cancellation/Refund Policy
Nightly Stays (<28 nights)

7+ days notice: Full refund less $25 cancellation fee.

3–6 days notice: Full refund less $50 cancellation fee.
-
0–2 days notice: No refund; full reservation forfeited.

Early departures: no refund.
-
Refunds/credits for extenuating circumstances (weather, health, mechanical issues) at management discretion.
Monthly/Long-term Guests

30+ days notice with physical occupation of the site for the full 30 days: deposit refunded.

Less than 30 days' notice, or failure to occupy the site physically: no refund of deposit or rent.

All refunds are subject to the above conditions; management may exercise discretion.

Policy may change at any time.

Early departures are subject to pro-rated recalculation for applicable refunds.
18. Management Rights
-
Management may refuse entry, evict, or terminate stays at any time.
-
Park is not responsible for damage, injury, theft, or loss.
-
Guests must follow all City of Nampa ordinances.
-
Park may disconnect utilities for repairs/maintenance; guests are not compensated for interruptions.
-
Rules may be altered for fairness or park safety.
